Our Mission

At Top Fit By Far, you’ll get a private personalized approach to fitness training. I don’t believe in cookie cutter, one size fits all personal training programs. We have to train with passion and make fitness a lifestyle. All programs are tailored for each client to maximize results. Whether you’re looking to rehab from injury, train for a competition, or just tone up and lose a few pounds, I can get you to your goal safely and with longevity in mind!


GROUP TRAINING

1:1 Coaching

When you work out with me 1 on 1, you’ll get personalized attention, so I can correct your form, create a custom level of intensity for your sessions, spot you, and answer any specific questions you have. Working out 1 on 1 with a personal trainer is more effective than working out in a group setting or working out alone. If you’re tired of wasting time in the gym, and you’re looking for a more effective workout, try 1 on 1 sessions with Jafar.

Working in groups is a great way to cross-motivate and push each other. You can go farther, harder and faster when working out with your colleagues during lunch, classmates, family or buds. Keep each other accountable, achievable goals and celebrate the big wins together, because Top Fit By Far Clients get to face those wins head on! Top Fit By Far offers group training for groups of 5 or more individuals. All fitness levels are welcome.
